    Notes for Consumers: Do not take these agents together. Side effects from tezacaftor; ivacaftor may get worse if you take these agents together. These include dark yellow or brown urine, general ill feeling or flu-like symptoms, light-colored stools, loss of appetite, nausea, right upper belly pain, unusually weak or tired, yellowing of the eyes and skin.
    Notes for Professionals: Avoid food or drink containing grapefruit juice or Seville oranges during treatment with tezacaftor; ivacaftor. Grapefruit contains one or more components that inhibit CYP3A; both tezacaftor and ivacaftor are CYP3A substrates (ivacaftor is a sensitive substrate).
