CLINDAMYCIN; TRETINOIN (KLIN da MYE sin; TRET i noe in) treats acne. It works by killing or preventing the growth of bacteria that cause acne. It also decreases inflammation and promotes skin cell turnover to prevent pores from clogging. It is a combination of an antibiotic and a retinoid.
