It works by killing or preventing the growth of bacteria. It also decreases inflammation, which can reduce pain. It is a combination medication that contains two antibiotics and a topical steroid. Grapefruit may alter the effects of your medication. Serious side effects may occur. Contact your care team right away if you experience new or worsening side effects.• Notes for Professionals: Advise patients to avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice during mirvetuximab soravtansine treatment due to the risk of increased soravtansine (DM4) exposure and adverse reactions. DM4 is a CYP3A substrate and grapefruit is a strong CYP3A inhibitor.
